If in a future VRC updates something breaks, it is not my responsibility to fix it.

- I WILL BE SELLING, this will become available in my store 1 month after you receive your hair. You will receive DATE OF RELEASE in invoice.

base textures, T.O.S. Note, FBX, Unity Gif Showcase.

**NEW** I will not be selling exclusive licenses at this time, meaning all hair commissioned through me will eventually be in my store after 31 days!

understand that your commission will be eventually on my store at commercial price (10$ and under) with the SAME TOS as all my products!

31 day exclusivity will NOT be extended to keep fairness of all customers. (past and current)

- 100% payment is REQUIRED after consultation, payments will be through pay link through payhip.

- Only 1 - 2 revisions/editing are allowed while in progress, I WILL NOT EDIT/redo/remake AFTER YOU HAVE RECIEVED THE FINAL PRODUCT.

- All Hair will be UV Mapped any textures provided (MUST BE FREE or made by you), only 1 revision allowed. If none is given I will default UV to CiCi/wetcat textures.

- Optimization varies.

- NESSY TOS Applies to commissions.

- I have the right to refuse service, issue refunds and cancel commissions.

- Delivery time will be 3-4 Weeks per hair (Delivery time also varies on wait list length.)

**I work Monday-Friday and can do up to 4 hairs a week. Knowing this info I can give you a basis on how long you will be waiting!

- COMMON BLENDER KNOWLEGE IS REQUIRED. I will not put the hair in blender/on a model for you.

- Malicious events regarding a commission (chargeback, leak, etc.) I reserve the full right to sell hair involved.

- I WILL NOT REPLICATE SOMEONE ELSES WORK.
