FBX 2.0 has been fixed and included in the package

Issue with some shape keys being backwards (wrong names) for Unified FT.

There is two ways to fix :

1. Update is already in your downloads named

• 1.0 UE shapes FIX Amour by Nessy!.fbx

2. If you do not want to start over

Change the Left/Right to the opposite in each one of the following :

• LipFunnelLowerLeft
• LipFunnelLowerRight
• MouthLeft MouthRight
• TongueLeft
• TongueRight
• mouthLeft
• moughtRight

You MUST know Blender and/or Unity to purchase any Nessy! products.

Nescord staff will not:

• Upload models for you.
• Teach you how to use the products.

1. Attribution Requirements

All items sold by Nessy! must be properly credited and hyperlinked.

Example: "Long Hair by Nessy!"

Section 2. Nescord LLC Usage Terms

2.1 - Assets created by Nescord LLC may be used on complete models for commercial, free, public, and Nitro distribution.

2.2 - Nescord LLC assets and models may be used for VTubing, provided proper credit is given.

2.3 - All meshes created by Nescord LLC are intended for VRChat use only.

2.4 - Modifications to any Nescord LLC product are permitted; however, the product must still be credited as (product name) by Nessy!, even if heavily edited.

Section 3. Prohibited Actions

3.1 - Reselling or claiming ownership of Nescord LLC assets/models is strictly prohibited. Any purchased asset must be included as part of a complete model.

3.2 - Asset farming from purchased models or models created by Nescord LLC is not allowed.

3.3 - Sharing, leaking, trading, or price splitting of any Nescord LLC product is strictly prohibited.

Section 4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are subject to strict conditions. Refunds will not be issued once a product has been downloaded.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

4.1 - The purchased product must have 0 downloads, regardless of the number of items included in the purchase.

4.2 - A valid reason must be provided, and the purchaser must comply with all terms of service.

To request a refund, please email nescordhelp@gmail.com or, preferably, open a Discord support ticket.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval, especially if eligibility requirements are not met. Response times are Monday through Friday.

Section 5. Editing of Avatars and Assets

5.1 - Users are permitted to modify any Nessy! product as desired.

5.2 - Even after significant modifications, Nescord LLC products remain credited as Nessy! products.

"All I ask is that I am properly credited for my work, no matter how heavily edited." – Nessy!

Section 6. Commissions

6.1 - Both parties involved in a commission agreement must own the product before the commission begins.

6.2 - Proper crediting of Nescord LLC is required when applicable, particularly for publicly sold completed products.

Section 7. Game Porting Restrictions

At this time, Nescord LLC does not permit the use of Nessy! products in any game other than VRChat.

Note from Nessy!: "I do not want my work where I am not. My apologies in advance! If you would like to discuss porting to another game in good faith, feel free to email me at nescordhelp@gmail.com."

Section 8. Nessy! Head Mesh Terms

8.1 - Users are permitted to modify any Nessy! Head Mesh as desired; no matter how heavily edited the mesh must be credited as by Nessy!

8.2 - Selling textures of Nessy! Head Mesh is ok as long as at least 50% of the texture has been changed.

• the texture MAY be sold on original texture, rather than selling transparent layer.

8.3 - Users are permitted to sell edited version of the original head mesh as long as seller checks for proof of purchase upon every sold head.

Purchaser is REQUIRED to own the original head mesh before receiving your edited version.

Please if you are not sure a customer purchased the original head open a support ticket to double check.

By purchasing or using Nescord LLC products, you agree to abide by these terms.

Due to the nature of digital goods, we offer a limited refund policy. This means that we will not offer refunds once you have downloaded the digital product.

To be elidable for a refund:

1. Product must have not been downloaded. No matter how many items were in the order!
2. Provide reasoning for refund and have followed all terms of service protocols.

• REMINDER, you are not guaranteed a refund by submitting a request especially if not meeting eligibility terms.

$5 UPLOAD MODEL REQUEST Request a upload of any models MADE BY NESSY! Payment must be fulfilled before any upload has been made. Must provide:

• Proof of purchase/email used to buy.
• Login information and be ready for 2FA code

WE WILL NOT:

1. upload a Nessy! model you DID NOT PURCHASE.
2. upload any models NOT MADE BY NESSY.
